He graduated from the Law School of the people's Public Security University of China with a master's degree in civil, commercial and economic law from China University of political science and law and a master's degree in international law from Kent law school in Chicago, USA.
She has 11 years of experience in the legal work of Wenzhou Public Security Bureau.She was once the instructor of the course of administrative reconsideration and litigation of Wenzhou Public Security School, and served as the deputy director of the office of the legal branch of Wenzhou Public Security Bureau.
Later, Lu Qiong went to the other side of the ocean and studied at Kent law school in Chicago for more than three years. Devil like learning, dealing with business disputes, merger and acquisition of multinational investment companies, family property disputes, administrative litigation These experiences have benefited her all her life and fostered a rigorous and dedicated lawyer spirit.
